Using the IASF logo
Thank you for showing that you work with the Indian American STAR Foundation (IASF). Please follow these guidelines so our logo looks right everywhere it appears, then download the files below.
Logo versions
Use the horizontal logo whenever there is room. Use the star mark alone only in small or square spaces, and only where the name IASF also appears nearby.
Horizontal logo, color
Your first choice: websites, flyers, banners and sponsor walls on white or light backgrounds.
Horizontal logo, white
On dark colors or the dark, quiet part of a photo.
Star mark, color
Small or square spaces: social avatars, app tiles, name badges. Only when IASF is named nearby.

The star alone on a dark background.
Star mark, one color
Single-ink printing, embroidery, engraving or stamps.
Colors
The logo is always shown in these exact colors, or all in white, or all in IASF Navy. Never recolor parts of it to match your own brand.

Keep an empty area of at least x on every side. No text, other logos, photo edges or page edges inside it.

Below these sizes the tagline and figure can't be read. Always resize by dragging a corner so the proportions stay the same.

Add shadows, glows or outlines
Put the color logo on a dark or busy background
Fade it or make it see-through
Also don't crop the logo, redraw or retype it, rearrange the star and the name, add words to it, or join it to another logo so they read as one.
Next to your own logo
- Keep the two logos separate, with a thin line or clear space between them.
- Make them look about the same size. IASF's should never look smaller or less important.
- On a sponsor or partner wall, IASF can appear in any order with the others, at the same size as logos at the same level.
- Write our name as Indian American STAR Foundation (IASF) the first time, then IASF. "STAR" is always in capitals.
Permission
Permission is for the use you describe when you download the logo, can't be passed on to anyone else, and can be withdrawn if the logo is misused. Write to info@iastarfoundation.org for approvals or questions.
