IASF received its IRS tax-exempt determination on February 4, 2026, effective December 30, 2025. As a newly recognized organization, we have not yet completed our first full fiscal year, so no annual report or Form 990 has been filed yet.
Our first annual report will be published here once our inaugural fiscal year closes and our CPA review is complete (current status: Pending independent accountant sign-off, targeted for April 2027). Once filed, our Form 990 will also be publicly searchable through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.
